What is worth tracking between telehealth check-ins?
Most telehealth programmes schedule a clinician contact roughly once a month. Medicines act continuously; the appointments do not. Whatever happens in between happens to you alone, and it is usually the part a clinician most wants described.
The things worth recording are the ones you will be asked about and will struggle to reconstruct: which doses you took and when, blood pressure over time if you have been asked to watch it, sleep, activity, and a short honest note on how each week actually felt.
A few weeks of consistent entries is worth far more at an appointment than a single reading taken that morning, because it shows a direction rather than a moment. None of it replaces clinical judgement; it just gives that judgement something real to work with.
